Aluminum is a kind of light metal with low density, good strength and plasticity; Aluminum alloy has good strength, strength of super-hard aluminium alloy can achieve 600Mpa, and tensile strength of ordinary alloy also can achieve 200-450 Mpa, so aluminum and aluminium alloy are widely used in machinery manufacture. Conductivity of aluminum is only after sliver and copper, ranking the third place, so it can be used for manufacturing various conducting wire. Aluminum has good heat conductivity, so it can be used as various heat dissipation materials. Good corrosion resistant performance and plasticity make aluminum suit for various pressworking.
Classification of Aluminium Alloy Sheet
According to processing method, aluminium alloy can be classified into wrought aluminium alloy and casting aluminium alloy. Wrought aluminium alloy can be divided into non-heat-treatable strengthening aluminium alloy and heat-treatable strengthening aluminium alloy. Non-heat-treatable strengthening can not improve its mechanical performance by thermal processing, but only can realize strengthening by cold working; it mainly includes high purity aluminum, industrial high-purity aluminum, industrial pure aluminum, rust-free aluminum, etc. heat-treatable strengthening aluminium alloy can improve its mechanical performance by quenching, aging method and other thermal processing methods, it can be divided into hard aluminum, forging aluminum, super-hard aluminum, special aluminium alloy and so on.
Usage of Aluminium Alloy Sheet
Aluminum alloy can get good mechanical, physical and corrosion resistant performance by thermal processing.
According to its chemical elements, casting aluminium alloy can be classified to aluminum-Silicone alloy, aluminum-copper alloy, aluminum-magnesium and aluminum-zinc alloy.
So, products made by aluminum or aluminium alloy such as sheet, strip, aluminum composite panel, etc, have high quality with reasonable price.
