Production Line for Aluminum Profiles
Large size special purpose aluminum profile is produced by large scale extrusion production line which is driven by 8000t modernization oil pressure, this production line is equipped with flash heat round and flat ingot induction heating furnace, Φ420、Φ500、Φ580mm round and 670×270mm flat extrusion container, quick mold change system, advanced tractor and synchronous electric motor saw device, precision water, mist and air quenching device, 36m automatic cooling bed, 360t controllable tension leveler, precision product sawing machine, multi-function roller leveler, 28m artificial aging furnace and so on.
The whole line is automatically controlled by controllable self-sufficing oil gear and PLC system, can realize functions of forward and counter extrusion, flat ingot extrusion, perforation extrusion, active and fixed gasket extrusion.

Its yearly production capacity can achieve 6000t, mainly providing large scale hollow and solid aluminum profiles, precision pipes, and aluminum composite panel with high quality, high precision and thin wall for industrial sections such as modern transportation of subway, high speed train, double-decker bus, light rail, luxury bus and marine, aviation and spaceflight, electronics, refrigerator car and container, radiator and air conditioner, liquefied natural gas and large size tubular bus bar, etc.
