Description of Aluminium Alloy Strip
We produce alloy cap materials of 1100、8011、3003、5052, etc, with features of low earring rate, high surface quality, and excellent deep-drawing performance.
Southwest Aluminum sheet & strip production line mainly consists of hot-rolled production line, cold-rolled production line and thin sheet production line, producing aluminum and aluminium alloy strip, has been passed ISO9001:2000 standard quality system certificate.
Hot-rolled production line
Hot-rolled production line consists of ingot plain miller, double hearth chain furnace, pusher type heating furnace, hot roughing mill unit, hot finish-rolling mill, thick plate mill, roll grinder, coil annealing furnace, etc.
Application: providing thickness of 2.5-7 mm coil stock for thin cold-rolled plant and rolling plant, providing thickness of 15-200mm sheet blank for pre-stretched mid-thick plate production line, and providing aluminum and aluminium alloy mid-thick (15-40mm) hot rolled sheet products which are used for civil and military.
Cold-rolled production line
Cold-rolled production is consisting of 2800mm and 1400mm cold-rolled unit.
Application: rolling hot-rolled billets with medium temperature, providing after-step process of finishing production line with thickness of 0.3mm-7.0mm high quality cold-rolled plates from civil to military, from general to high grade.
Thin sheet production line
Thin sheet production line includes two high speed non-reversing 1850mm cold-rolled mill, WS450mm roll grinder, MKZA84125 fully automatic roll grinder, multilayer automatic memory device and other equipments.
Application: mainly produce various spec aluminium alloy sheets such as PS sheet, aluminum container, decoration materials, coated panel, aluminum foil sheets，aluminum composite panel and so on.
