Aluminum and Aluminium Alloy Pre-stretched Sheet

Southwest Aluminum 6000t pre-stretched sheet production line was started on December 1999, and put into operation in October 2002. This aluminum and aluminum pre-stretched sheet production line is specially for producing various high quality, large spec aluminum and aluminium alloy pre-stretched thick sheet, aluminum composite panel, its products are widely applied in national defense, military industry, aviation, spaceflight and other industrial sections.
Equipments of 6000t pre-stretched sheet production line include 6000t stretcher, salt bath quenching tank, nine-roller leveler, aging furnace, precision mill, polishing lamination machine, waterlogging detector and other equipments. Among them, 6000t stretcher is china's largest and most advanced equipment at present. Completion of this production line marks Southwest Aluminum has become domestic largest leading aluminum and aluminium alloy pre-stretched sheet production base, yearly production capacity can reach 10000t.
